2004 RM250 Wins the Transworld Motocross 250cc Shoutout
December 9, 2003
Transworld Motocross Magazine has picked the Suzuki 2004 RM250 as its 250cc Shootout winner. Built for maximum performance, the RM250 is heavily updated for '04. The engine was tweaked to improve overall power and torque at high rpm while the chassis benefits from new Showa suspension components front and rear, an improved riding position and more. As with the entire RM family, the RM250 rider also benefits from over $6 million dollars in Suzuki racing contingency money, the Good Scholar Program, and the Tony D Motocross School. In fact, Transworld Motocross says "when the smoke settled and the dust cleared, the RM250 came out on top. The motor is top notch, it handles great, tracks precisely, and inspires a ton of confidence."
